:I was wondering which was was easier? I have always installed them seperately but wondered about doing them together? :I removed both engine/trans from a jspec clip in one piece but it wasn't pretty and I don't think I would ever attempt it on my car. :Gary : ::I swung the engine and tranny intogether, it requires you to drop the DS subframe nuts off to clear the oil pan from the steering lines. and this way you can get the tranny bolted in when its out and easy to get to. plus you can go ahead and wire up that intire side, alt, starter all the tranny pickups, and then its just a few wires that need to be plugged in by the headlights. ::Well tomorrow I need to bolt in the tranny support, go ahead and hook up the DS, carrier brearing, and tighten down my engine mounts. Then its just on to all the little shits, plus all the front body panels. ::without further ado the pics: :: ::I also went ahead and did some of the belts that I could, im still waiting on the PS pulley. :: :: ::Dropped in the DS along with the tranny, i just tied it in to so wouldnt fall out and lose fluid all over the floor. :: ::I tied the shifter out of the way here: ::
